So Pure Enterprises is the supplier of world renowned and trusted water and waste water equipment and products namely from DowProtec Arisawa, Pentair MMP, Pulsafeeder, CHF, Micon and Watts. So Pure Enterprises is the Main Agent for Protec Arisawa membrane pressure vessels in the UAE and Iraq.

Protec Arisawa is the global leader for the design and the manufacturing of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Pressure Vessels for membrane filtration systems. With three production sites located on three different continents and over 40 years of experience in filament winding, Protec Arisawa is the supplier of choice when it comes to selecting high-quality pressure vessels with leading technology. FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Pressure Vessels, the materials of construction are very important. The materials determine the life of the vessel as well as the corrosion resistance and the purity of the water produced. The Materials of constructions used are;

FRP Shell

PROTEC™ pressure vessels are filament wound using fiberglass roving and a custom blended epoxy resin system that has been cured at an elevated temperature for dimension stability and long life. The resin has been specifically formulated for long cycle life as well as improved cure for better performance in tough service environments. All shell materials are domestically manufactured and are certified to meet ASME requirements. In addition, all materials are 100% lot traceable to the serial number of each vessel and are tested per ASME requirements.

Metal Components

Even though PROTEC™ pressure vessels are fabricated from fiber reinforced plastic materials, metals are also used for some components. These metals are selected for strength, corrosion resistance, purity and durability in service. All metal materials are domestically manufactured and are certified to meet ASME/ASTM requirements. In addition, all materials are 100% lot traceable to the serial number of each vessel and are tested per ASME requirements.

Plastic Components

PROTEC™ pressure vessels use thermoplastic components when corrosion resistance is critical to vessel service life. These materials are selected for strength, corrosion resistance, purity and durability in service. All plastic materials are domestically manufactured and are certified to meet ASME/ASTM requirements. In addition, all materials are 100% lot traceable to the serial number of each vessel. The materials are tested per ASME requirements and are listed by NSF for potable use.
